Home sleep tests allow patients to take a sleep study test at home.

We MUST have an order from your doctor (fax it to (502)-570-8839) before anything can be completed. We will verify your insurance and let you know the out of pocket cost (only applies to KY patients). You will then go to the payment section of the website and make the payment. We will then ship the device directly to you. You will receive detailed instructions on how to wear the device.
All sales prices and listings are based for continental US shipping and use only. Privacy practice, rights and responsibilities are available upon request. One copy of the reports will be sent to the referring medical provider. All prices are for technical component charges. only plus shipping and handling. By you ordering this test you are attesting that you will be the sole person wearing the device and give Georgetown Sleep the authority to bill your insurance for services provided. You agree to the terms of service and return policy. Any professional component will come from that provider, if services are provided.
