All sales are final and no refunds.   All sales prices and listings are based for  continental US shipping  and use only.  Privacy practice, rights and responsibilities are available upon request.  One copy of the reports will be sent to the referring medical provider.  All prices are for technical component charges. only plus shipping and handling.   By you ordering this test you are attesting that you will be the sole person wearing the device and give Georgetown Sleep the authority to bill your insurance for services provided.  Any professional component will come from that provider, if services are provided.  Failure to return the device within the specified timeframe will result in a $599 device fee.
